Hypnosis gives positive suggestions to the subconscious mind to make lasting changes.  This is done by gently guiding the mind to relax, at which point positive suggestions are more easily accepted by the subconscious. A recording of the session and other hypnotherapy recordings can be used at home to continue the therapeutic work.

NLP

NLP uses a set of powerful techniques to maximize your potential. It involves linguistics, thought patterns, imagery, behaviour and body language, which when used both consciously and in conjunction with hypnosis, bring about a desired change. Changes made are often quick and permanent.

CBT

Which comes first; the thought, the feeling or the behaviour? Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teaches you to realise how your thoughts, feelings and behaviour are all interlinked. Learning how to identify the cause of thoughts, feelings and behaviours stops them becoming automatic reactions. Once you realise what they are and how they’re all interlinked, you can start to spot them in advance and do something about it, creating real changes in your behaviour.

Especially when combined with hypnotherapy or EFT, CBT is a powerful and effective tool.

EFT

EFT links ‘talking’ therapies with ‘physical’ ones such as acupuncture and brings amazing beneficial results to clients. It uses a safe and gentle tapping technique to stimulate traditional Chinese acupressure points, whilst using modern psychology to access the subconscious mind.

The tapping balances the body’s energy system and can relieve both psychological stress and physical pain. Restoring the balance of the energy system allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.

Some people are initially wary of the principles that EFT is based on – the electromagnetic energy that flows through the body and regulates our health has only recently become recognised in the West. Others are taken aback by (and sometimes amused by) the idea of tapping. However, EFT works on sceptical people too and gives remarkable results that are permanent.

The tapping technique is simple and Frances can also teach you to use it yourself for your future benefit.

Because of its very high rate of success, the use of EFT has spread rapidly, and is increasingly used worldwide, including by medical practitioners.
